1. Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, booking an appointment, using our website, WhatsApp or social media platforms, or availing any of our services, you accept these policies. Masterdaa provides premium tailoring, bespoke stitching, designer wear, bridal couture, alterations, consultations and home measurement services, all custom-made to the customer's specifications. 2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices quoted are indicative only.
  • Final charges depend on design complexity.
  • Quoted prices include stitching charges only, unless otherwise specified.
  • Designing, materials, embroidery, accessories and trims are charged separately.
  • Advance payment is mandatory.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders, Alterations & Cancellations

  • Orders begin after confirmation and advance payment.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • Design changes after approval may incur additional charges.
  • Express orders are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Measurements & Fittings

  • Measurements are taken with reasonable care.
  • Customer-provided measurements are the customer's responsibility.
  • Body changes after measurement are not covered.
  • Trial fittings may be required.
  • Additional fittings due to customer-requested changes may be chargeable.

5. Customer Fabric Policy

Customer fabrics are accepted at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for:

  • Fabric defects
  • Colour bleeding
  • Shrinkage
  • Weak fabric
  • Manufacturing faults
  • Damage arising from inherent fabric quality

6. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery dates are estimates.
  • Timelines depend on design complexity and material availability.
  • Uncollected garments should be collected within 30 days.
  • Storage charges may apply after the collection period.
  • Masterdaa reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed garments after reasonable notice.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As garments are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
  • Alterations may be provided where applicable.
  • Refunds will only be considered where required under applicable law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information required to:

  • Process orders
  • Contact customers
  • Maintain measurement records
  • Deliver garments
  • Improve customer service

We do not sell customer information. Customers may request deletion of their personal data by contacting us. Information required by law may be retained for the legally required period. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content
  • Misuse our logo
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Scrape or reproduce our website
  • Upload malicious content
  • Impersonate Masterdaa

10. Intellectual Property

All content — including logo, brand name, tagline, photographs, videos, website, design sketches, marketing material, price lists and graphics — belongs exclusively to Masterdaa unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. Marketing & Communication

By contacting or placing an order with Masterdaa, customers may receive service-related communications. With consent, we may also send:

  • Offers
  • Promotions
  • Collection launches
  • Event invitations

Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Masterdaa's maximum liability shall not exceed the stitching charges paid for the affected garment. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Event-related losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss arising from customer-supplied fabrics
  • Variations inherent in handcrafted garments

13. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
