Welcome to Masterdaa — The Perfectly Stitched. By placing an order, booking an appointment, using our website, WhatsApp or social media platforms, or by availing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Masterdaa provides premium tailoring, bespoke garment stitching, designer wear, bridal couture, alterations, consultations, home measurement services and related fashion services.

All garments are custom-made based on the customer's specifications.

2. Pricing

Any prices quoted to you, or shown in a price list, are indicative only. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Design complexity
• Fabric type
• Embroidery
• Surface embellishments
• Pattern making
• Construction techniques
• Additional workmanship required

Masterdaa reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

3. Stitching Charges

Unless specifically mentioned, quoted prices include stitching charges only. The following are chargeable separately where applicable:

• Designing consultation
• Fabric
• Lining
• Canvas
• Embellishments
• Accessories
• Laces
• Buttons
• Zippers
• Special trims
• Other materials

4. Order Confirmation

Production begins only after:

• Measurement confirmation
• Design approval
• Fabric approval (where applicable)
• Receipt of required advance payment

Once production begins, the order is considered confirmed.

5. Advance Payment

Advance payment is mandatory. The applicable advance amount will be communicated before order confirmation. Production will commence only after receiving the required advance.

6. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for approving:

• Sketches
• References
• Measurements
• Fabric selection
• Colour combinations
• Embroidery placement
• Design details

Once approved, any subsequent changes may attract additional charges.

7. Design Alterations

Changes requested after production has commenced may result in:

• Additional charges
• Revised delivery timelines
• Extra material costs

Masterdaa reserves the right to accept or decline such changes.

8. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on:

• Design complexity
• Fabric availability
• Embroidery work
• Material procurement
• Trial requirements
• Order quantity

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

9. Express Orders

Priority or express orders may be accepted subject to production capacity. Additional charges may apply.

10. Customer-Supplied Fabric

Masterdaa accepts customer-provided fabrics at the customer's own risk. We are not responsible for:

• Hidden manufacturing defects
• Colour bleeding
• Fabric shrinkage
• Weak fabric
• Age-related deterioration
• Weaving defects
• Damage resulting from poor fabric quality

11. Measurements

Measurements may be taken at our studio, during home visits, or from customer-provided measurements. Customers are responsible for ensuring measurement accuracy where self-submitted. Weight fluctuations or body changes after measurements are not covered.

12. Trial & Fittings

Trial sessions may be scheduled depending on the garment. Additional fittings arising from customer-requested design modifications may be chargeable.

13. Alterations

Minor fitting adjustments may be provided where applicable. Alterations due to the following will be charged separately:

• Weight change
• Incorrect customer measurements
• Design changes
• Fabric replacement

14. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

15. Returns & Refunds

As every garment is custom-made, Masterdaa does not accept returns or refunds except where required by applicable law.

16. Collection of Garments

Customers are requested to collect completed garments within 30 days. Masterdaa reserves the right to charge storage fees for prolonged storage. Garments left uncollected for an extended period may be disposed of after reasonable notice.

17. Limitation of Liability

Masterdaa's liability shall be limited to the stitching charges paid for the affected garment. Under no circumstances shall Masterdaa be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Event losses
• Business losses
• Lost profits

18. Handmade Variations

Each garment is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in the following are natural characteristics of bespoke craftsmanship and shall not be considered defects:

• Stitching
• Embroidery placement
• Fabric texture
• Colour tone
• Motif placement
• Finishing

19. Photography

With customer consent, Masterdaa may photograph completed garments for portfolio, social media, website, advertising and promotional material. Customers may request that their garments not be photographed.

20. Third-Party Designs

Customers may provide reference images for inspiration. Masterdaa does not claim affiliation with any designer or brand whose designs are used as references. Customers are responsible for ensuring that requested designs do not infringe third-party rights.

21. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise, all content belonging to Masterdaa — including logo, brand identity, website, photography, product images, videos, design sketches, embroidery artwork, marketing material, price lists and digital content — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Masterdaa. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

22. Promotional Offers

Offers cannot be combined unless stated, may be withdrawn without notice, and are valid only during the advertised period.

23. Working Hours

Our regular working hours are:

• Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Appointments outside these hours are subject to availability.

24. Custom Requirements

For garments or services not listed in our catalogue, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to assist you with custom requirements.

25. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, measurements, customer support, delivery and communication. Customers may request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
