What kinds of alterations do you do?
Resizing, restyling, fit correction, hemming, and reworking older garments. From a simple take-in to changing a silhouette, we handle it with proper tailoring.
Can you alter a heavily embellished outfit?
Often, yes — though embellished pieces need careful handling. Bring it in and we'll assess honestly what's possible without damaging the work.
Is it worth altering an old outfit?
Frequently, yes — a well-fitted older piece beats a poorly-fitted new one, and it's more sustainable. We'll give you an honest view before you decide.
Do you collect and return for alterations?
Yes, on orders of ₹2,500 or more across Kolkata we collect and return at your door. For smaller jobs a nominal area-based visit charge may apply, or you can visit the studio.
